The USD 50 is a customization consulting service fee — once paid it is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be deferred.
Once you confirm the trip booking with SafarArk, this fee is fully deducted from the final tour price.
Within 3 business days of payment, your tailor-made proposal will be delivered by email. Delivery is considered fulfilment of this service.
If you have concerns about the proposal, please email contact@safarark.com first. Initiating a PayPal chargeback after delivery will be defended with full evidence.
