Custom Itinerary Service Fee Terms

These terms govern the USD 50 customization consulting service fee charged by SafarArk Travel. Please read carefully — by submitting your tailor-made request and completing payment you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms in full.
Article 1 · Nature of the Service
The USD 50 charged by SafarArk is a Customization Consulting Service Fee paid for the intellectual work of our travel consultants — sourcing, comparison, planning and document delivery.
It is NOT a deposit, advance payment or earnest money for a travel product. Once you complete the payment via PayPal, this service agreement is deemed to be formed and performance begins immediately.
Article 2 · Scope of Service and Delivery
Within 3 business days of receiving your payment, we will deliver the following to the email address you provided at registration:
- A tailor-made itinerary proposal matching your brief (PDF or shared online document);
- A quotation covering hotel tier suggestions, dining (with Halal options), prayer-time planning and transport arrangements;
- One online consultation session with your advisor (up to 60 minutes).
Article 3 · Non-Refundable Clause
Because the service fee is paid for intellectual work that has been actually performed and cannot be reversed, you understand and agree that:
- The fee is non-refundable once paid, and cannot be transferred to a third party or deferred to another order;
- No refund will be granted regardless of whether you ultimately book the proposed itinerary, complete the trip, or cancel for any personal reason (including but not limited to schedule conflicts, visa rejection or personal decision not to travel);
- We retain final interpretation of the proposal contents, hotel quotes and trip pacing. If you are not satisfied, you may request one free revision within 7 days of delivery, but this does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Article 4 · Deductible Clause
If you formally confirm a booking with SafarArk within 30 days of receiving the proposal (or a revised version based on it), the USD 50 already paid will be automatically and fully deducted from the final tour price — no separate application is required.
Article 5 · Payment Disputes
You understand and undertake that, after accepting our delivered proposal, you will NOT initiate a PayPal Dispute or Chargeback on the grounds of "item not received" or "item not as described".
If you have concerns about the proposal, you must first attempt to resolve them by email with us (contact@safarark.com). If you initiate a chargeback without prior communication, we will submit the following evidence to PayPal:
- Your original customization brief with timestamp;
- The proposal delivery email with read receipt;
- Full correspondence between both parties;
- Your electronic acceptance of these Terms (IP address and timestamp).
Article 6 · Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your customization brief and completing payment, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the full content of these Terms. SafarArk reserves the right of final interpretation.
